How does billing work?

You're billed on the same date each month. Your monthly service and any included perks activate immediately. Payment is processed automatically — no action needed each month.

Can I change my tier?

Yes — you can upgrade at any time and the new tier activates on your next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect the following month.

What if I miss a month?

Your service rolls over to the following month. You'll never lose what you've paid for. Rollover services do not stack beyond one month — so try to use them!

Can I use my membership for a botanical peel?

Yes! The Bloom, Full Bloom, and Elite tier monthly service can be applied to any enzyme peel — including the Fresh Enzyme Ritual, Stone Crop Brightening Peel, and Botanical Glow Peel.

Is there a sign-up fee?
